A seminar was organized by Arunachal Chapter of Indian Society of Agricultural Engineer at It an agar on 28th November '1984. The Seminar was attended by distinguished guests. Engineers from all streams, Scientists, Geologists and state Govt. officials Eminent Scientist Prof. P. R. Sengupta, Director, North Eastern Regional Institute for Science and technology was Chief Guest on the occasion. Shri T. K. Mukerjee, Chief Engineer, Rural Work Department and Chairman of the Chapter welcomed the delegates and delivered keynote address.
